CONGRATULATIONS....DUCK!!!!

Recently, the students of PES got to experience the privilege of voting when the librarian held an election between two beloved book characters, each of whom have a "president" book.  The candidates were Bad Kitty (by Nick Brehl) and Duck (by Doreen Cronin).  These characters are VERY popular in the library and everyone, Kindergarten through 5th grade, was excited to vote.  Duck came out as the winner and is now the "official" president of the library!  O.K., Duck - no funny business!!!!
